Bear in mind the d-pad is one of the worst in gaming, however. If not the worst.
Just pick one you like more.

That's a pic of my old PS3 controller with needless to say thousands of hours. As you can see I'm a thumbstick user, but I also use dpad in certain situations.
On PC, a mechanical gaming keyboard is fantastic, because leverless is great.
I use:
Q / W / E for left / down / up
space for jump
insert / home etc for P and K buttons
Whatever else suits you for drive impact and parry inputs (plus throw, if you want)
A video to show how amazing leverless is (although you can't slide fingers on most keyboards as the keys are too raised and close together): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b9wprMppFfw
It also depends if you're using modern or classic controls and character selection. For example, if you like Zangief classic you'd want a good dpad/fightpad like Hori. It's not necessary it's proven the standard ds4 d-pad and analog stick are completely viable.
Here's Rooflemonger comparing pad, stick and leverless for SF6: https://youtu.be/hUVZ1b2Ez20
Vader 3 pro will amazing too.
analog is easier
