I have respect for Diaphone. He is the dude that kept winning tourney with low tier characters in Strive (Pre-Patch Bridget and Sin). But saying Kimberly is low tier is just madness. Most tier lists place her either in A or S tier, regardless of control scheme.

Why is it suddenly low tier? She has pretty much everything a character needs in SF. It's at least an A level character, maybe even S.

Tiers are a thing but like in most recent SF games I think the tiers are very close together in SF6 and pretty much everyone is viable. So it doesnt surprise me that Diaphone did well with her.

Can't really tell you now as tier lists change often (In one tier list Manon was placed in A or S and couple of weeks later put in B or C). Last time I checked tier lists, she was placed relatively high. Some people place her low on the scale, others do the opposite. I've seen a couple where is on the lower side at B tier and C and what not, but I don't think she is this low.
