In chap 9 Chun-li wants to show me some music instrument at night so I came back to Chinatown and she's no show? I'm heartbroken and being a fool here what should I do. Yeh she gave me picture and all but not what I'm looking for

Maybe check your map and see where she is, rather than assume she's where she is during the day, when night is a different time of day and the character model isn't in the same place at night.
