Report a translation problem
As far as i can tell the game does not drop inputs.
Also, and don't know why this happening, when I combo with EX moves, the registers like I pressed a single button. Even tho history shows I did EX move.
Not saying it happens all the time, but it happens.
You should provide evidence. IF anything you'll get an explanation and understand why it happened.
I had a similar thing where a wrong move was coming out with basically the same input as the correct move and I asked about it in SF discord. It was literally a 1 frame input difference and the very generous buffer window that this game has that caused the issue for me.
I focused to input every move the right way, consistently, yet got different result.
First one is regular motion EX, as you may see in history, EX move came out
