how to counter rashid?

Seriously, F this character hard. I get curbestomped immediately.
So, how do I counter the eagle kick? a corner carry lighting fast, all screen wide kick, that if you block, it bounces back to being safe?? do I just eat ♥♥♥♥? or am I doing something wrong?

while hes far away hes like -36 if you block it.

I got a 12 win streak using him the first night and ive never used him before. I had 3 straight quit playing after the match started lol

Damn I didn't realize that standing near an active volcano is safer than Rashid after his regular eagle spike.

Eagle Spike is extremely punishable unless it's enhanced with tornado. Dash up and punish it. Go try it in training mode. To make the punish even easier hold drive parry to block it and drive rush after him.

The only real problem I have with him is every single move is visually identical so I can't remember them.

He's just kind of roll flipping.
