There's no connector in the red steel factory. I've killed everyone and looked everywhere
What am I doing wrong?

It's near the fire pit, up 2 ladders. It's tucked away pretty well and since the map doesn't have verticality it's hard to sus out.
This video plays at like 2x speed, starts at like 30-45 seconds in. Just googled "red steel connector street fighter"
