He's talking about Kimberly.
I prefer the more comic book muscle "cartoon-like" art style used in previous street fighters games. It was literally a staple that helped distinguish it from Mortal Kombat back in the 90's. I guess KOF and other games copied the look of street fighter, but w/e, this doesn't look like a street fighter game to me. Could have sworn it was a Tekken game based on the graphics I'm seeing.
SF4 is at least half a decade before the first Splatoon. Personally I’ve always thought that the inkblot/paint splat effects were pretty great.
While it is almost certainly coincidence, I like to think that Capcom is copying SNK again.
In KOF15, SNK introduced new rival Isla, a hip female graffiti artist who uses spray cans.
In SF6, Capcom has introduced Kimberly, a hip female graffiti artist who uses spray cans.
Besides, we all know the whole SF6 graffiti theme was to salvage the original SF6 logo, after people ridiculed the original (graffiti-free) version for being a lazy/stolen edit of an Adobe stock image.
yeah same, and discussing colors is like discussing tastes in music it's absolutely meaningless.
