I have zero interest in Street Fighter 6. But I have been keeping an eye on Capcom because I am a big Mega Man fan. I have to say, I am increasingly sick of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that Capcom is doing. I think I am done with em, now. From now on, I won't buy any more of their games unless they are used. Seriously, take that "special investment money" and eat it.

This rumor is being spread around when the only evidence to support it is Reuben Langdon being disappointed he isn't playing Ken

SF6 most likely has a new voice director because the previous one, Taliesin Jaffe (voiced Blanka and Adon), is nowhere to be seen in credits

Reuben has been open about his various conspiracy beliefs for years, including his thoughts on the covid vaccine. He's even defended an actual blacklisted VA in Vic Mignogna. And yet he was still brought back as recent as the Shin Megami Tensei 3 remaster to voice Dante. They could have easily just reused Matthew Kaminsky's lines from the original version but they had Reuben record new ones instead

Instead of peddling this belief, there could be a much simpler, way more common one: the new voice director simply wanted to do a recast. A pretty justifiable reason when the cast is older now. Ryu, Juri and Honda have been the only legacy characters to keep their old VAs. Are we to believe an accomplished VA like Laura Bailey is canceled too just because she's no longer playing Chun? What about Travis Willingham playing Guile? Even Reuben Langdon said he knew he wouldn't play Ken forever
