Virtual Camera driver not showing in OBS

I can do whatever I want, but the virtual camera doesn't show up in OBS. Neither FacerigVirtualCamDriver or AnimazeVirtualCamera shows up in OBS even though the drivers are properly installed in Device Manager. The camera is displayed in Discord and TwitchStudio, but the screen remains black. If I click on "Enable Virtual Camera" I get the error: "There was a problem with starting your broadcast". Uninstalling and reinstalling drivers doesn't help. Operating system Win10 Pro and OBS Studio 28.1.2

Could you replicate the issue and then send us the following logs to support[@]animaze[.]us so we can investigate this:
Dxdiag - press Window key + R, type dxdiag, hit run, save all of the information in a text file.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Animaze\Data\Animaze.log

another question: I bought a yearly subscription on the standalone Animaze. Is this non-transferrable to Steam?
