The free tier has fewer features than the paid tier, and it has a watermark on the edges of the image and can't be used for meaningful commercial purposes, but it never expires, there's no per-session time limit; use the free features for as long as you like.

Spyro is a copyrighted character so we can't help you on that front :).
But creating and importing fully custom characters (FBX, VRM, GLB , Live2D) is possible (even on the free tier).

and is there dragon model i can use as "spyro"? who i can ask for make me spyro model for free or where i can find one for download? i never tried pay comission to someone and i dont have paypal

The dragons that we do have in the starting avatar set are Ardalys and Nuri.
You can have them cosplay as a different dragon via retexturing/customizations.
