can't change avatar or background

it worked just fine the first time i opened it, i closed it downloaded a few avatars i wanted to try but then when i opened it the second time it wont let me change it

Hi Everglow,

This sounds like a time synchronization issue.

Try setting your PC clock automatically such that your system clock is precise (right hour, right time-zone), and restart the app.
You can also set windows to auto-update its clock using internet clock servers.

Same issue for me. It won't let me open settings, it won't see my webcam. Help!

hey tech helped my issue, try resizing the animaze app window cause apparently the tabs can open out of view resizing snaps the tabs back into view
