I think the documentation for how to import a FaceRig character to Animaze could help you out with this: https://www.animaze.us/manual/convertavatars/convert3davatar
Animaze documentation has so much information about importing but none about exporting. That's weird.
Anyway, I tried to export (Bundle) my model with a left-click to the root of my model in the Hierarchy Panel. And import .avatar with Animaze Desktop. In my environment, my model successfully showed up. But I noticed that my model's material settings reverted to model-imported time. I could solve this by pressing the "save material" button(the save button will not update the material sphere thumbnail but seems applied). Maybe your problem is more complicated and not caused by material things, so this info will not support you, but I write just in case. I'm feeling bad I can't help you, but I hope your problem is solved.
In my case, the camera looked at the sky. When I scroll to move the camera, I can find my model.
The document https://www.animaze.us/manual/technicalreference/skeleton says, "The camera and head bones must have their respective Z-axis pointing to one another after import." It can be verified easily by selecting Camera bone in Hierarchy Panel.
But it seems to be unchangeable with updating the file. I could change with delete all cache files and re-import.
And also, my several animations (like idle1) change camera bone rotations. So hard to fix. I'm trying to re-create all of the animations.
