How can we REMOVE COMPLETELY the Animaze Virtual Cam

The virtual camera is causing my broadcast software (Vmix) to crash randomly, EVEN if the camera isn't part of the broadcast setup. I removed Animaze before and things were fixed, but then the Facerig update put it BACK, and Vmix began to crash again. I've rolled back my Facerig version, but it did NOT remove the Animaze Virtual Cam, so I need to know how to manually do that because this has shut my whole studio down.

You can uninstall the virtual camera in the windows Device Manager window (sometimes my camera will stop turning on, uninstalling the facerig and animaze virtual cameras and then restarting my computer usually fixes it)
