Another bug I noticed. I saved my game with a bus on the lift and when I came back it was stuck there. Leaving and returning to the game fixed it though.
(The latest game update did not address the following issues):
-Articulated buses still have the articulations deformed while parked in an external depot sometimes.
-Memory leak makes the game slower and slower after prolonged periods of play sessions. This was actually a fix that was supposed to happen 2 patches ago.

I will write another update as soon as I play more after the latest patch.
Exactly, its only happening in external depots and with articulated buses. This still persists after the latest patch. The workaroud is saving the game and re-loading the saved game to fix the bug.
