I would like a more detailed schedule by the minute. how to make the interval less than 7 minutes?

Would also be nice with a real hardcore setting where the intervals vary throughout the day to a degree where every single departure is manually set. Like first morning bus leaves at 05:16 am, next at 05:29, then again at 05:41, 05:51, 06:00, 06:10, 06:19 and so on. This is how it works in my irl city for some routes and at certain times of the day, to adjust to passenger demand as well as traffic density.

Are there even intervals of 10 minutes? How to make less or more?

you can make more than one Plan for the same time of day, that way you can achieve an interval less than the sliders themself allow (as both plans overlap)
