Hello, I accidentally overwrote my save file. How can I restore it?

Your save files are at "...AppData\LocalLow\PeDePe GbR\City Bus Manager\Saves". You can check if there is still a ".bak" file, these are backups of the savegames for cases like these. If so, you can remove the ".bak" at the end of the file, then the savegame will be shown in the game.
