I chose the correct hotel.
I failed in the sheet of Boyt, (I thought it had hair) and Abraham Gonzalez and Boyt were shot.
I didn't helped Ed because I didn't want to pay a big amount of money (I'm a humble agent).
I managed to avoid the explosion at church but I never knew what happened to Moore after he was captured by Zora and her people.
Cox was captured and interrogated.
I discovered Dyson was the leader of Liberators, and I decided not to arrest him.
First I thought in keeping the status quo in order to avoid war and death of innocent people, but I leaked the data to the journalist because, sooner or later, the conflict of saviant people on Drovia with Ghara was going to explode. Furthermore, I'm glad to see Attorney General and other politics to awaiting trial for their past actions.
The main character got fired but returned with his former wife. Daughter Laura was saved and Zora died in the shooting.
But this is clearly a spoiler thread, the guy even wrote it in the title. It's a thread for people who finished their first playthrough. Why would you browse it if you haven't finished the game yet? I'm all up for spoiler tagging, but in this case, you getting spoiled was your own fault.
I took my time with all investigations, went through logs and all clues. I was able to pinpoint the sniper's nest, the accomplice in the hotel, Boyt's looks, and overall got all the sheets right. Apparently I also unlocked all the optional areas, which I wasn't aware were a thing before finishing the game. Being a "good cop" makes the game significantly easier, people were willing to help me and I got more clues and information to go by when solving the sheets.
The sheets that gave me a run for my money were the hotel accomplice one (I almost framed the pianist, and just went with my gut that it wasn't him at the time), and the Liberator one, which I almost selected Millex before noticing that the message to Cox was written by a certain "A." that was also a Gharian. This put my sights on Abbott because no other CEO we met had a name starting with an A, heck I think he was one of the few if not the only Gharian CEOs we meet (not counting Cox). I obviously arrested The Liberator because he was involved in inter-planetary terrorism for his own crooked agenda rather than for the people, but even if he was for the people, I'd have done the same. Abbott was ordering hits and threatening to blow innocent people up, I draw the line at that.
I tried to reason with Zora and Boyt whenever possible, and passed their messages along to each other (the messages always came off as a lover's thing and not some hidden plan, so I choose to trust them on that regard), and tried to steer Zora away from her mercenary/uncaring way of life. I did not betray Gary though, and made her use Neil's ID instead for the hack. I promised to protect Moore to his sick wife, but unfortunately I went with Zora's plan out of fear (because of Laura) and even though I tried to stop them, they still took Moore and he's probably lying in some ditch now. I was then responsible for a kid having to grow up without a father; hard hit in the feels.
I was always nice to Cat and Laura, met them whenever possible, was able to save Laura after betraying de CDI and Saito (that one hurt, but I didn't want that data to be deleted, the world needed the truth, and I didn't want to risk Laura dying either, and who knows what the Attorney General would've done to protect herself and her crooked buddies). I didn't leak the contents of the drive though, it just felt like a bigger problem that would end in more innocent lives being lost. It got leaked either way, but Ghara issued an official apology and arrested everyone involved in the conspiracy; hopefully Drovia can gain its independence eventually with less bloodshed. Neil ended up suspended from the CDI (not fired) for an indeterminate amount of time, but ended up happy back with Cat and Laura.
Overall I think I got one of the best outcomes, and I was extremely happy to take my time with this game. It definitely pays off. The final "confrontation" was a bit anti-climatic though, I expected more inevitable bad things to happen towards the end even if you played a moral and selfless Neil; because no matter how good of a person you are, some things are just out of your control.
It was sure an experience. Great game and I'm satisfied with my first playthrough.
