You apparently get them from Skill Manuals in this version not through actual Dual Classing at 13th. And coincidently... as of the Ghost Town and Initial Mausoleum of Flames I've only found a whopping 2 of them.
Mind you I have 12 Characters Dual Classed as this point.
You CAN farm them when a lineage respawns near a Magic Stone, but it's random what they'll drop, either a Secret Tech V or a stat crystal, so you'll probably be reloading a bit if you're unlucky. They're pretty rare, so by end-game, if you've been looking around, you'll probably have about 20-25 or so by then.
Class changing's no longer capped to 5 times so that's probably why the Tokens at Level 13 got removed. If you're going to limit yourself to a few skill-slots, it's best to have a class that'll give you most of the skills you'd want without having to use slots for them.
I'm not sure if that's because I've actually gotten pro after doing it so many times, but the enemies do feel much easier to take down in this game.
Originally:
You HAD to have at least 2 jobs under your belt to 13th by the time you took on the second wave of Dungeons (Ghost Town, Mausoleum of Fire, Underwater Dungeon). Sure you COULD do it with only one class... if you were a Masochist. Health points were faaaarrr too low to sustain any real hits from the Boss Mobs at that point and even the normal creatures could take down your party on a bad luck string.
By the time you went to Mausoleum of Storms you needed to be working on your 3rd Class Change and at least 26th level or more.
Further Class Changes were not really required to get through the game at that point because Three Classes would give your Melees well over 1000+ Health usually around 1400 or more. So the last bosses running any sustained barrages of attacks on you could not take you down in one round, and you had enough time to heal your guys before they died. However it is possible to do it with only 2, but 3 gave you a bit of a Buffer for a surprise volley or special attack that came out of nowhere.
New Game:
Well with all of my 12 Fighting Classes Dual Classed as of Ghost Town and Initial Mausoleum of Flames, honestly not much has been the hard challenge it was in the first game even just going through the dungeons with regards to fighting monsters. But I'm not sure whether that's just my ability after playing the game so many times and knowing exactly how the monsters react and what they do... vs whether this version was downgraded a little bit in terms of the challenge level.
