Dark Blue crossair mod for Island Thunder

How to do it? I know there's rgb values for both games but not for the 3rd one. All would be perfect if the whole hud changed color.

the only thing that can be changed in the value of peer RGB is the crosshair and the labeling of the player names.
These values are in the options.xml in the Ghost Recon folder and can be adjusted there.

Thx but i already know, it's a shame we can't change the color of the hud and soldiers names.
