Action points take so long to regenerate
Is there a way you could maybe adjust the action point time regeneration instead of 10 min to 5 min?
Overall it's a good game but having to wait for action points it just makes the game play boring and nothing to do.

The thing to do is hit the binge mode; that reduces it to 1 minute for an hour as well as raising the limit and giving you a refill. Otherwise you can just close it and come back when you're refilled. I think it's better played in shorter bursts anyway.

Also, there is a subscription option to get more actions & faster refill which might help if you really want to play longer sessions.

Huh - I did not see this. I likely would have done that instead of purchasing a Binge. What do you go to do that?

Go to account in the main menu and there's an option there.

I'm a little confused, is this a pay to wait game from some mobile game moved to steam?

No. I don't even own a mobile phone of any kind ;)

I get that reference!

I suppose there isn't just a way to buy the game and not have to deal with this buying of credit stuff temptation?

No, I went with this model because I plan on updating it with new content forever. The 1.7 million words in it so far barely scratch the surface of what I want it to be. So I'm afraid you just have to resist the temptation.

No, unfortunately not, but most of the game is free and you can easily enjoy it without spending anything.

Okay thanks, also thanks for clearing up why you went with this model, if you actually keep this updated I can respect it and support it with purchases.

I'm not sure I could stop even if I wanted to :steamsad:

Blink twice if someone is holding you hostage.

Has anyone asked why the game is Cyberpunkdreams and not Cyberpunk Dreams? Because I would like to know, are spaces evil or?

It's just always been that way in my head. I don't know why...

He's been spending like what, 8 years on the game now? A hostage situation doesn't seem entirely unlikely by this point.

It's kind of a shame (to me) that this is the route used for monetization. I tend to binge games for long periods, and would have gladly paid one set price for unlimited playtime, and would have spent more for additional content.

I know the 'Fallen London' model is a successful one, but it's sadly the reason I could never really get into the game (but was glad Sunless Seas was made). I'd have a goal, have something I'm interested in, something I want to do, then...be forced to stop. A shorter cooldown period does nothing to alleviate that feeling. I'll stop, move onto something else, and forget this game ever existed because it forced me to stop playing it.

From what I've seen, if there was a play all you like option I probably would have bought it already, because I had fun with what's there, but since there isn't, it's not likely something I'll pick up again.
