Stuck in Border Town

So I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up lmfao
I didn't read how to use the one way pass that the Uta lady gives you when you do Sammie's mission
I just used it because I thought the mission would happen if I went into bordertown or something, it didn't, so I went back into the slums

It was later when I realized I was supposed to meet the dude in the bordertown bar

and I did that
now I can't get back
because I have contraband

this would have been fine, if I kept the pass

wtf do I do?
I'm stuck, and the only other ways I've seen to solve this is to get familiarity to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ max or meet the smugglers, and I really don't want to go on a long list of missions just to get back in the slums lol

its relativly easy
just scout the border until A: meeting the smugglers or B: making your own way.
it really deosnt take that long, mayb 10 minutes and if youre lucky bout 30 actions

i cant sleep
at all
there's no way I know how to sleep in the bordertown

you need someplace to sleep. hotel, home, etc.

well ye thats the problem i cant get to my room above the noodle bar because im stuck in the bordertown
