Making exact Junk trade quota gives penalty instead of bonus

I finally got the exact quota amount for copper and instead of giving me my bonus it said I was low on my contract [not true] and gave me a penalty instead.

I've double checked this and it looks fine. Are you sure it was with the copper and not one of the other things you can deliver?

It was definitely the copper, when I hit the 1440 units and I was 'done' the game never asked if I was done or not, like it usually offers, I remember thinking it a bit odd but figured it was part of the bonus.

If both these things both thought you weren't at your quote yet than you can't have been. Are you sure you weren't slightly under or miscounted or something?

I know for sure i hit the exact number, I was shocked that I had hit it since my previous two quotas didn't even come close and I got penalized. Honestly, I didn't even want the quota [should be an option] since i knew it would likely fail, so when I hit it right on I was excited to see what the reward was going to be but when the time came for payout...nothing.

Thanks for looking into it, I guess it just glitched or something, no biggie, it doesn't affect my game in any way.
