Working the streets seems to be the stable option.
Corpses from combat or from event seem to be far and between and cant back the organs from a corpse? There is no empty organ container anywhere?
The best way to handle a corpse is to call the backstreet clinic for them to pick up.

What is your question ? I mostly go into side alleys, made already 10000 this week.

Oh, need to test the side alley more. I got some organs from working street but got 2? and paid like 3k and only got 1,7k for it.

I was asking for tips for better places.

Check alleys for dead bodies and send them to the clinic. If you get ambushed, kill your attackers and do the same. Be warned the clinic gets annoyed if you get too carried away making your own corpses and will give you a stern talking to.

Is there a cooldown where the clinic will start accepting fresh kills without getting annoyed? I got ambushed and sent the two dead bodies to the clinic and received the talk; hadn't done any other kills this week.

They don't want you to kill at all, at best they'll give you a warning not to do it anymore, at worst there will be consequences.

Gotcha, there's enough side alley events where you find a body or a person on the verge of death that doesn't count as a kill that can serve well enough. Is there a combination of things you can have in place to harvest your own organs for bundling? I initially accepted the clinic offer without deciding to do any "side" work so maybe that closes that avenue for this character.

Not currently as far as I know. The "go your own path" thing is currently content walled, but when that's released I'm sure there will be interesting opportunities.
