Very buggy

I have experienced this game for a long time now and i gotta say its great but when I change the settings it doesnt save, for instance, i turned of vsync and change the refreshrate to 60 it just doesnt save.
And, when I play the career thingy thing it keeps auto record every level i play and it causes my frames to drop, i hope theres gonna be an option to disable it.
