Choppy movie

When I boot up a game, the movie is choppy in several parts. Sometimes it goes without a hitch. I don't know what causes it. My computer is in the bottom end when it comes to minimal requirements if that helps. The game itself seems to play satisfyingly.

Same. It played fine the first time I launched game, ever since it stutters randomly. Updated gfx driver, same thing. Game plays just fine otherwise. How weird.
