Arcade stick support

I can't get my fighting/arcade stick to work for this game - gives an error of game controller disconnected. Works fine in Streets of Rage without any problem. Any one else have this issue? My stick is a Brook's fighting board based system.

sorry, not an arcade stick issue, but my Xbox controller won't work for this, althoug it works for every other game i have

This game badly needs its own pad support. There is NO excuse for not including the button setting in the game.

game seems to use steam controller settings exclusively, might want to configure your arcade stick through those settings in Steam and it should work

For me its plug and play, did a clean install a week ago and this game was the first time I used my arcade stick and it worked.

The people who produced this game don't know how to program so you don't get to use the input devices you spent your hard earned money on. Aren't modern video games where the PC is just used as a dumping ground for trash ports awesome?

I tried my other brook's fighting stick board arcade stick and it works fine. Looks like only the one I have

8 bitdo works fine and my MadCatz Chun stick work's

Insults aside.
We worked hard to support Steam Input since it interferes with our input system. Out of the box, we can’t disable Steam input ourselves. So if that doesnt work the way you like it, you can try to disable it. This will allow our system to manage the input without Steam.

im using xbox controller and i dont have problem work fine

Analog stick works, but needs the switch set to "x input". If this is common terminology, try this (guess this should be the xbox protocol).

I use a ps360+ in Direct Input mode and have no problems.
