Streets of Rage 4 vs Shredders Revenge
First I want to say I think both games are great and don't want to put down either game!

For the combat on SOR4 I think the combat may be deeper than SR but I need to dig deeper as there are a lot of things I haven't mastered in SR. On the boss front, I think that the bosses are cooler in SR. However the final boss in SOR4 is fanatastic.

Really both of these games are what reboots should be. Both are masterpieces.

Hell yes. River City Girls is incredible.

Personally I think Shredders Revenge is more fun but SoR4 is the better game overall.

The 6 player tmnt game > SOR4 online anyday. However SOR4 does have way better graphics.

There is another cool beat 'em up game besides Turtles, SOR4 or RCG. It's Castle Crashers. Turtles, SOR4 or RCG is great but imho CC is way better.

SoR4>TMNT. СоРка на голову выше черепашек, я большего ожидал от черепашек.

Streets of Rage 4 is pretty much the single best beat em up ever made for a variety of reasons, the only thing even competing with it on that front is Fight 'n Rage. So it's not exactly a fair competition lmao.

Each game has a number of things going for it. SOR4 has deeper mechanics, fights that are easier to plan, more characters, more modes and replayability. SR has co-op with more players (6 against 4), more variety in levels, character development, and, obviously, TMNT charm. I think that SR is geared more towards casual players, while SOR4 aims more at hard-core beat 'em up fans.

SOR4 is better at this point. TMNT:SR needs content updates and patches to buggy multiplayer.

Even though sor4 is better, this comes at second best. But difficulty wise, this one seems harder. Beating arcade on hardest seems really tough. I don't see any "cheesy move" here like in sor4.

Glad to see variety of these remakes with this level of quality. Wish they had the double dragon rights tough.

I think SOR4 is more satisfying that I can do complex combo and juggle the enemy. But at the same time, I can cheese out most of the bosses if me and my partner know what we are doing. And I think SOR4 mobs are better variation and more challenging. Perhaps thanks to have 5 difficulty compare TMNT

TMNT not as deep as SOR4 but still fun. Perhaps this is the only beat em up game that has no trouble finding player on multiplayer years to come. Thanks for crossplay and good netcode

I prefer all of them

TMNT hands down, already at 5hrs and SOR4 well didn't play over an hour cause I didn't like the graphics and I though the music sucked.

Streets of rage remake > rcg > CC > SR > Sor4 > FnR
SOR4 beats SR in basically every aspect but both are far far better than RCG.

I don't know, sor4 is legitimately one of the least fun games I've played in recent times.

That's what I am for. I was just wanting to hear what kind of things people liked from both games.
