You can follow that link, download the effects, and then download Reshade from the same site.
Use DX11 when injecting Reshade in its setup menu. Pay attention to your global folders and where you put stuff. You just need a Reshade ini and dxgi.dll in your TMNT folder after install, and then you need the CRT Easy Mode shader from the package in a proper folder with your shaders.
I use .4 on sharpness for both axis, you can tune your own gamma, and no mask at all but make sure to put the resolution in both boxes in settings.
I actually just use a global folder located at the top of my Steam games folder called 1 - Reshade, and it holds all of my per game inis for shader settings and also the Shaders and Textures folders from Reshade. That way I only have the dll and ini in each game and nothing else.
Yes. No issues with MP.
Time to give this a try
No problem reuploaded with a touch less brightness boost. Blends extremely well using .4 sharpness and brightness boost at 1.09 for me on the C1. Loving the look of the game now. It makes a huge difference to me.

If I get time I will try to fit one in. Luckily, Reshade is very easy to setup.
No problem, for me this is absolutely necessary. I find this game a tad too bright and the lack of any filter just makes it look rough as hell. This filter makes this game a sexy beast. Can't wait for the sequel.
You managed to get the perfect look. I must know the exact steps at your leisure of course. For now, I'm playing with Lottes CRT, which I edited enough to look nice. But ultimately, I want to achieve what you did.

Well this is a LG C1 at top brightness atm. Gamma is dependent on taste, and should be adjusted accordingly.
Download the CRT Easy Mode shader and put it in your shader folder.

It's okay to have bad opinions.
I mean honestly I have no idea what you are even talking about really. The game is already filtered, and this basically just properly blends the horrendously immersion-breaking aliasing and angled look everywhere turning it into a cohesive image.
Also, the game is weirdly bright looking. This completely fixes that and makes it look properly TMNT to me anyway.
But you do you. It's a simple button to press and you can play the other way.
