I dont understand how people have over 3000 points on the leaderboard. I beat the game solo. killed everything, only got 1500 points.

so how the hell do all these chines people on the leader board have double my points. like wtf are they doing?

1 Kill = 1 Point so how the ♥♥♥♥ do they have double my kills?

like how did they killed 1500 more enemy then me. when i beat the game and killed everything?

i was playing Arcade Open Lobby. when someone joins with God Mode on. and Endless power-ups and One Shots any Boss on the hardest mode.

This splinter joins the game and has God Mode on.

i dont understand either, i wish they were more clear how they points and leaderboards work, and if its all hackers already on the leaderboard well that just sucks

well the pont system is pretty clear. 1 kill = 1 point and thats all there is too it.

having a Hit combo does not give you any extra points because i have had a 214 hit combo and it never gave me any extra points.

so pretty much everyone on the leader board is hacking and cheating,

because theres no way you can kill 1500 more enemy's theres only 16 levels. and not enough bad guys to beat up

the dev's should remove anyone thats over 2k from the leader boards. anyone over 2000 is clearly cheating because having 500 more kills seems pretty crazy. when i beat the game and killed pretty much everything on the screen. and only got 1500 kills.

report this to the devs but I doubt they will even read your post. Their game doesn't even work on gamepass and they have been ignoring me and everyone else who can't even launch the game. Go check the review score for this game. It's over 25% 1 star reviews because nobody can play at all.

Hold on - if the game only awards points as 1 kill = 1 point, and there aren't any ways to increase that or have a multiplier... and the number of enemies is static...

What is the point of even having a leaderboard?

pc game leaderboards are nearly always fubar'd. Everytime people act surprised too.

I think games have them because steam hosts them for free.

My thoughts too. There must be another variable, otherwise everyone who beats the game would have the exact same score. Maybe the score is adjusted by time spent, rewarding a faster run? Maybe damage taken?

What mode are you guys playing on? When i was going through story mode there were things of sushi that granted you additional 10 points and them blue Stone warrior guys are worth 2 points. Not sure on the scoring method in Arcade mode. But there isn't enough to get 6000 unless there is more to the scoring that what we know.

They might be farming the robots that spawn smaller robots. Bad idea to have them give additional points.

well my score at the top of the screen while playing the game only goes up by Kills, and it only goes up by 1 point each kill. which was 1500 was my final score after i beat the game. so notthing was added after kill count.

kill count is ur only point gainer

The only way you can kill endless things is the big Mouse robots spawn. spawn mouse robots and you get points every time you kill them. but its sooo slow and would takes over 20 hours to farm 1000 kills because it spawns only 2 very slowly then you gotta make sure u dont kill them while trying to kill the small mouses. this just doesn't seem very fun at all. and theres no human on this earth that would do this unless brain dead monkey,

So anyone with 3000+ is cheating and hacking

Cheaters always top the leaderboards; the way it's been and always will be.

Some of those might be legitimate. You can farm the fodder in boss fights; so long as you don't kill the boss, it seems they spawn indefinitely. And it doesn't appear that the fodder/trash mob spawn have a cap on the points you can receive.

I can 100% see people farming bosses for leaderboard points.

What about fights that spawn more little guys? I was missing 1 more Finisher combo for my challenge so the boss fight I waited until he summoned more help. At that rate though to find another 1000 enemies would be mind numbing.
