THE GAME DOESN'T SAVE SETTINGS

When I customize my controls, the next time I launch the game, the settings have been reset. Same goes for other settings as well, screen resolution, window type, screen shake etc.

Same here. i really liked the game but i dont want to arrange my controls every single time when i start the game...

True. I've had similar kind of problem in Sonic Mania where I cannot save the settings to play at fullscreen and there's a workaround for that game. For Shredder's Revenge, I'm still waiting for a fix/patch or at least a way for workaround.

Since the dev is here I'd like to ask is You are planning to add more languages into the game? You can create a Google sheet for many other lamguages and people will translate it for You for free. I would translate it into my language, Ukrainian. That would be nice.
Also, is there any chanse we can get a differnt colo pallete to put tutrles apart? I'd use 2003 series colors. Thank you for a game. You made my summer.

I want to say the only setting I've noticed that is not saving for me, is vsync is always set to ON each boot, even though I keep turning it OFF. I'm not sure if other parameters are impacted since that was really the only one I wanted to adjust
