Intro song is.. weird?

The pacing is very different from the original. I can appreciate artistic uniqueness but especially the part with "LeonardoleadsDonatello does machines" was extremely poorly paced. Any opinions?

Yeah, it sounded a bit "off" to me too. I like the vocals of the original better and there is much better interaction between guitar and keyboard IMHO.

Yeah it's by Mike Patton from Mr Bungle/Faith No More/a hundred other bands. I agree, I don't like the rhythmic changes in this new version. Especially how the "Michelangelo is a party dude" line comes in too late. It's meant to be the climax of the song but the changes disrupt the flow of the original. Think he rushed it.

Game is great though. Bad skippable intro isn't a high price to pay.

I hope nexus mods has something complete for that including all the other cutscenes and an option to replace them with a still image or skip.

I agree with this too. Although the scene where April fights looks a tad bit weird... But I think it's because most of the intro does try to keep faithful design wise to the originals, where as April's design looks a little more different then the rest...

Think it's the nose perhaps...

It's still a good rendition IMO over all.

I agree that then animation and music composition is excellent in the new one, but the changes to the song rhythm are for the worse, in my opinion.
