If you just want to play casually and expect it to keep you engaged in single player, then no, because you'll probably beat it once or twice, then forget about it and won't get your money's worth
If your goal is to improve your skills and do some personal challenges, like beating the game on highest possible difficulty 1CC or without losing a single life and aiming for highscores in survival, then yes
If you like beat-em-ups and/or TMNT, you will love this game.
Just don't try to 100% the game, or you will hate it. Rather than having fair challenges (like 1 CCing a mission), they have a challenge to beat the mission without taking a single hit, which is extremely unfair.
