Hook is another Disney/Paramount co-opted with Irem, which barely exists as a company anymore since 1) they're owned by Eizo, and 2) they don't even develop games these days, only sometimes licensing out their IPs to other companies. Given that pretty much everyone has forgotten this one existed, I would be shocked if it ever got a rerelease.
AvP and DnD: Tower of Doom/Shadow over Mystara were Capcom titles.
ToD/SoM is actually on Steam:

...it's not the best porting job, quelle surprise, but it's there.
I wouldn't hold my breath on AvP (even though it was a baller title). They've never, ever re-released that beat-'em-up and I have long wondered why that is, particularly since Capcom themselves have mentioned before that more people have been asking for an HD remake of AvP than for any other title from their retro catalog[www.nintendolife.com].
My guess is that it would be an absolute nightmare to get all the licensing and/or would require substantial reworks of some of the assets to avoid licensing:
Though Capcom and Konami definitely have some stuff from their back catalog that would be worth printing that isn't based on a preexisting license. A lot of those were already included on the Capcom Classics Beat em Up Collection, though...
Hellz yeah! I would love to see a new game like that!
If it got made, I would buy it, guaranteed.
