Why couldn't they have Townsend Coleman record his lines?

Maybe he wasn't available. Maybe he didn't want to. Maybe they couldn't agree on a contract. There's all sorts of reasons why.

They used the voice actor from the 2012 series and The Usagi Chronicles. He's pretty much the official Usagi voice at this point.
