anyone know where to get the "raja skate" fish?

if anyone knows where to get the fish and what rod is needed, please let me know
since the game is still new i can't find any info on it online

The Raja Skate can be caught in a few of the bodies of water unlocked in chapter 5, fairly certain it can be caught in either of the first 2 sections, the spacial gate and the windy ways. My journal says Strong and Jig, but line fishing or Multi Lure should work I think
