Possible glitch in Garden

I'm working on the first pillar for the pillars puzzle, but it won't complete. I'm tracing the correct shape with the weird spinner thing, or at least I seem to be, but the puzzle won't complete and let me move on to the next pillar. Is there some weird trick to this, or is it glitched?

Make sure you have the correct orientation for the shape you're tracing. There are a couple that are almost right but slightly off in either orientation or size. If you think this is a bug, please check out the FAQ and follow the steps there.

Another possible glitch in Garden - For the center fountain there are three metal dials. I've completed the faces on two of the dials, but can't complete the third dial because there is no top half of the face to work with. I'm stuck.

This happened to me as well. I went to drag the head up and down to see what it did, and the top one clipped into the bottom one. Now I can't move either of them and I'm stuck.

I have the same issue with the third post only having the bottom half of the head!

There's a secret menu you can access if you click the "game paused" icon 5 times that lets you restart the area or skip it I think.
