I think given how long missions are in general, we should have more control and less reliance on RNG. It sucks to play a long series of missions and then have that work put to waste due to trash RNG stats.
Obviously, people would want to ideally have 100% on all stats or most stats, but perhaps even the idea of the "stat" system should be called into question.
Idea 1: Remove the idea of stats (Damage, Finesse, Mobility, Cleave Damage, etc.) all together
And on an unrelated note, add an option to reduce flashing VFX. Please, this is the one thing keeping me from comfortably playing this game without eye twitching. I notice it more on non-Zealot classes, Psyker especially.
Or the Chaos Wastes. In most cases, due to RNG, the best weapons will have meaningless combinations of Properties and the worst Traits in the game.
