Where is the promiss crossplay (gamepass/steam), ? Its been nearly ½ year from release now, and we still dont have this feature as far as i know. I cant play with my best friend due to this ♥♥♥♥ being broken/not implimented on launch. So sad

FS scores from 1 to 10
Story: 1 (and thats generous)
--- should be more to story that just level progression unlocks
Game play: 6
--- shooting / cutting down hoards is only fun for so long. Where are the unique boss fights?
Graphics: 5
--- needs optimized
Solo play: 1
--- would be nice to have an offline version
Optimization: 1
--- can play VT on poor internet quality, its a roll of the dice for DT
Item Customization: 4
--- is it better? sure? but can it be further improved? yes. having blessings locked when another is changed is a poor decision. Rather than having blessings unlocked to then assign to a weapon, have them unlocked for random blessing swap. If its balancing youre worried about then you should make the game pvp, otherwise shouldnt have to worry about balancing.

In Game Cosmetics Store: 9.5
--- do I really need to say anything for this?

oh its their 'no man sky' arc. Keep it up!

Things that should have been in game at release.
Dont forget to later ask community for nominations ;)

You may call it Patch "4" but is the first decent patch the game received... those are almost 3 months since release....

Edit: You guys clapping for emotes and crafting... fatshark followed the route that was datamined with not a single change or mayor effort involved (that would mean taking feedback in count) and I am the clown?

Enjoy the baseproto-game.
You're a clown

You realize they can't always control when they release. They have a Publisher, and a Parent Company, plus Investors to please. They pushed it back already, and admitted it didn't come out as they wanted because they had to scrap and redo some systems that were not ready(Namely the Crafting System), but that doesn't mean they can just keep pushing it back.

Ubisoft could do this with Skull and Bones for years because it had the government involved and funding the game. But generally speaking Game Devs can ask for a Delay, and negotiate for Delays, but 1 or 2 is generally as far as they will get.

This game came out functional, with a few errors here or there, with top of the line Graphics that put Todd Howard to Shame with his "16x the Graphics!". It was missing key features yes, and they apologized for it and are working on it. We know they will fix it because they have a history of making their games great with Vermintide. Unlike other Devs who promise to get better at the game and release something like No Man's Sky.

It's the same reason Cyberpunk was so upsetting. We knew that the Devs could do better, but it released in a mess. Far worse than this game did.

So if you are here to complain about genuine improvements, you can uninstall and go somewhere else, we know Fatshark will fix these problems. And if you want to scrap about Early Access, then I suggest you take a look at the 200+ games on my account which include at least 1/10th of them being Early Access Titles. I've seen the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. This is a Good one.

There's always a few that'll defend the sorry state of games today, count yourself unlucky to be amongst those.

And there is always someone who thinks themselves clever in trying to bash on someone who layed out facts.

I am so unreasonably pissy when people insist cyberpunk 2077 'released in a worse state than this' almost every real bad gamebreaking bug was patched in a week, and it still had functional gun and story gameplay, the core of it. Yes, police were borky and the open world wasn't extreme, but for the most part all the 'broken promises' were people reading stuff into statements that were at best indirect. I.E. "Multiple ways of approaching situations" =/= "THERE'S A NONVIOLENT OPTION" "interactive world" =/= "Going to get food and drinks.

CP2077 released with severe bugs and a number of lacking features in overall an ok game that had terrible console ports. It canceled 'hopeful future' parts, I.E. Multiplayer and NG+, none of which were promised at launch. Darktide released as a alpha missing almost all functionality.

Half the playerbase couldn't even play CP2077 on Release, I know, I was the only one of 6 of my friends able to play until they patched it. It had missions that would bug out and Soft Lock your game, it had bugs which would shoot you out of the world or fling you through a wall. Hell, Skyrim had less bugs than CP. Darktide came out with Server Crashes, missing Craft Systems, and a few clunky bugs, but the game was playable from Launch, was gorgeous and delivered on the Graphical Fidelity it promised. Gameplay was pretty much exactly like we expected it to be from Vermintide. The Cutscenes worked unlike CP. Let's not even start with how a Horde can be vividly displayed on Screen and the game keeps going but lord help us if CP tried to render more than 4 NPC's on the street at Launch.

As for you comparing the Story of CP to this game....That is a Single Player Story Narrative Game...Not a Isometric CoOp Horder Survival Game...Course it has story...Darktide is meant to be Vermintide with a Warhammer 40k Skin and Flavor. If you came into this game expecting a deep story then that's on YOU.

Do you even know what Isometric means? Talk about trying to sound clever.

You need to make killing the demon in the levels worth doing... currently we all just skip it. And killing bosses needs to drop things worth having... SOMETHING.
The patches are great, but this is a big deal in the matches we play due to the fact that the possession demons are a hard fight, and the bosses of nergle are always fun to kill, but they dont do ANYTHING for us drop or bonus wise.

My guy, I make one mistake in a label and you latch onto it like a Life Ring on a sinking ship. You have yet to contest every other logical retort I gave you.

And yes I know what Isometric means, I was also commenting on a Dead By Daylight Forum at the time so that Isometric gameplay carried over to this conversation for that line. You can disregard that word and still address the crux of the reply. Seems like a way to deflect from the fact you can't dispute my point.
