WTF is that aura/screen effect that's constantly on the edge of my screen while playing Veteran?

It's like a speed lines effect or some ♥♥♥♥. It's yellowish/green? I'm not sure why I have it at all times.

It is the veteran new middle skillpoint. Once you have max stacks, it shows that on your border.

Oh, okay. It's super annoying. Should be a bit more subtle and not take up so much screen space.

Sooner or later this mod will support it (Which is a must-have mod because of all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ screen effects this game has)
