The Nurgle infested do sorta look like zombies at least
So stop bullying the guy about it
Bully him about his low gamer skills instead it seems like he isnt doing too well in the game
Quote from the 40k fandom:
"since the opening of the Great Rift after the 13th Black Crusade in the Era Indomitus, the proliferating energies of Chaos across the galaxy have mutated countless strains of the original Zombie Plague. Boasting infection vectors as esoteric as nightmares, groans of misery and the surrender to despair, they have created many new types of Plague Zombie to bedevil the Imperium, of which the most common by far are the leering, moaning Poxwalkers."

There's also Vampires, and I don't mean Blood Angels but actual space Vampires.
Its also important to know that there is some pretty significant server syncronization issues depending on location which means phantom hits can happen (frequently for me) so you have to actually memorize rhythms regarding enemies. The animations don't line up with their actual cooldowns for attacks and patterns. Other players can interrupt their timing forcing it to happen quicker. Largely these issues aren't a huge deal for threatening enemies like elites or bosses but the annoyances with the minor chaff enemies is frustrating.
There are transition points that can have enemies get forced into existence regardless of player positioning if those boundaries are crossed. Same thing, there are youtube videos on these problem areas.
I dislike saying homework is required to so you can learn, accept and move on from these problems and begin to have fun in this game.
