smite "enfeeble"

enemies affected by your smite take +10% damage.

does this include the lingering static and knockdown that follows disengagement? or just when the bolt is actually touching? im thinking about dropping this skill to save a point and wanted to understand how it really works.

Last time I remember it talked about, Enfeeble only applies to the left click attack which for obvious reasons, probably isn't that amazing for general Smite usage.

Either way if it worked or not. I'm not a fan of trying to min-max damage bonuses, especially something as little as 10% on everything and rather get more special-utility things instead.

Don't take enfeeble and save the point to place it elsewhere.
