It depends on what you mean by "Devastation". Do you mean Havoc? Or Damnation?

Just kidding. You mean Havoc. You need to play a Maelstrom first, from the normal mission board or Auric doesnt matter.

And what does "devastation" even mean? Can you people do some research before posting here? I couldn't care less what language is your native one, but to answer the question we have to know the proper name of thing you are looking for.
