I have the same issue. I have intel and Nvidia. no AMD anywhere.
After the last patch, suddenly I am runing the game on 15 fps

I have also Intel and Nvidia and the Last days also in the Lobby Latenz of over 50 and in Game very often over 70 to 90 and FPS drops down to 30. Actually it is ok but it sucks more and more .-.

I've also been suffering from severe fps drops and latency issues.

Same issue. Had stable 80 fps and now it drops to 40-50... Nice patch fatshark...

have you tried updating your mods? you might need to clean install them, darktide is normally unstable and we just had an update on April first some might have broke.

Mods turned off, shaders deleted for refresh, files verified and issue still persists :( at least for me.

Depending on your region servers can be dogsh*t. I am connected to eu_central1 which is located in Frankfurt and hosted by AWS Cloud Solutions. This datacenter has more than double the latency of other games like Marvel Rivals which are also hosting their EU region in Frankfurt.
Darktide: 65ms
Marvel Rivals 31ms
Mecha Break: 33ms

I have no mods. And i am from Germany. So i think i have also the Servers in Frankfurt.
