sure, after being implemented like a decade ago, it's become uninspired.
"titles and badges" are ported paintings and frames from vermintide 2,
which only exists as an improvement to vermintide 1, where you couldn't "decorate" your lobby to show off to friends.

Owning everything aswell as the skill issue. Giving people the chance to be able to show off their skill would be a great idea but I guess you fear not being able to get fancy achievement cosmetics.
