Need a mod to reduce the performance impact of smite

Normally I chill at around 80 fps. Big engagements with widespread smite drop it to 30 fps and cook my gpu.
I can't wait for the broken infinite smite build to get fixed so my friend will stop playing it. It practically trivializes the game up to at least Damnation.
