Can I play darktide in party with Xbox users?
I'm going to buy this game. On steam store page it says that warhammer darktide has crossplatform. So can I play with my friend who play it on Xbox?

Yes, every player has these friend codes and you just tell those to your friend so they can add you as a cross-platform friend in-game. Then it's as simple as doing invites through the in-game friend list.
