Hello Steam Deck Users...

Can you guys give an update on how the game performance now after the most recent patch? Are you seeing an improvement? You holding that 30 target more often?

Anyone got a video of gameplay from the most recent patch? Thanks.

I just booted it up for the first time in awhile last night on Steam Deck and... it's not good.

Performance is utterly wrecked, the game mostly runs around 24fps on minimum settings, the various super resolution modes to try and solve this are screwed up too both not particularly improving performance and making the game visually unplayable. In the Ultra Performance modes you can finally get the framerate up over 30 fps most of the time, but it ends up just wildly swinging between 30 and 55 at complete random while also looking like literal mud.

It's possible the game is just running at too high of a resolution but the resolution option just reads N/A and if you select it the game crashes.

It is currently essentially unplayable on Deck. It wasn't GREAT a couple weeks ago but it was plenty playable then.

I just use steamdeck to check shop every hour when I don't feel like booting up my pc and am just chilling on the couch. Haven't tried to play missions because only getting 24fps on the Morningstar where nothing is going on and I don't wanna see how bad missions are.

It's crashing the SteamOS (entire steam deck) upon startup and clicking play,literally unplayable

Almost good. I'm using a 256gb steam deck and the only issue I have is purchasing Aquilas in the game store.
It won't let me and all I'm getting is the loading screen for hours on end

All my hours are from playing on SD. I'm level 20 Zealot. I use FSR2 performance, and Med setting locked at 30FPS. I also use the latest GE version.

I had that issue I ran it in forced compatibility on the experimental setting and it started working again

It's a really demanding title, hell i even get frame drops from 120 to 50 in intense firefights and that's with a 7900XTX

if this is for the armory you can use the Armory Exchange Chrome plugin so you only have to open a browser instead. lets you check shop gear for all your characters and has item filters.
