If devs folded the outfits based on appearance and had sub-tab for colors then entire cosmetic page would be nearly barren.
The worth while cosmetics are entirely pay-walled as if the game was live-service. Despite the fact devs themselves are stating that the game isn't live-service.
Yeah, that’s if you’re willing to buy micro transactions in a $40 game. Not all of us are going to reward Fatsharks greed.
If it helps fund free updates then I don't see the harm and $40 for a game that has given me 1600+ hours of entertainment is a pretty solid deal.
People like you only see the surface level and only because you think that you deserve to be given everything for free in an already cheap video game.
The toilet bowl / beauty mirror are official models by Gamesworkshop.

Even the "blindfold" is a GW idea:

And arguably the "cranium" implant stuff is very reminiscent of Space Marine Librarian cowls.

First time for everything, i guess. Seeing someone complain that the Paid for cosmetics ain't better looking than the free stuff is funny.

I'm pretty happy with the cosmetic that looks like this:

I hope you see the irony here.
This is basically what I'm saying.
None of the paywalled stuff for the Psyker makes me want to change my current outfit - the one with the giant metal pauldrons and silver armor bits, along with the free hood with goggles and face-mask.
None of the paid for cosmetics interest me either... i don't see the problem here, you are saving money.
I guess that's one way of looking at it.
