Input Delay Weird Framerates Etc.

EDIT: The game played like it had input delay. The following changes made it go 'back to normal'.

Nvidia DLSS OFF
AMD FSR 3.1 OFF
AMD FSR 3.1 Frame Generation OFF
Intel XeSS OFF
AMD FSR 1 OFF

Restarted the game and it behaved like it used to. I have no idea how those all got turned on. Fatshark, please, in future, don't mess with my graphics settings. Thanks.

But this game used to be quick, responsive, with tight controls. I looked at it as a pinnacle of shooter combat. But ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I just logged in and it's like I've got input delay, my mouse sensitivity goes to ♥♥♥♥ whenever I change the resolution, and it's ignoring my FPS cap and just doing whatever. I also used to be able to switch weapons so quickly. Now it feels like it just ignores it when I hit 'g' or just doesn't respond quickly like it used to. I've tried messing with some of the settings like turning off NVidia Reflex Low Latency and then disabling Nvidia DLSS, but that just made it even worse.

What's going on? If the game played like this when I bought it, I would never have put 300 hours in it. It's awful.
