voicebox rebreather voice changer?

im thinking about getting the voicebox rebreather. what does the voice change sound like?

varicose 'vascular' vinny has Warhammer 40,000: Darktide

You can preview this by trying it on your operative. There's a voice sample function for how your voice sounds with that headgear equipped. The weird noises from augment limbs on the other hand, those we can't preview.

If you haven't done so or don't have the time to, expect a slightly distorted version of your characters voice with a bit of Vaders breathing system on it, during the talks.

Kinda wish the voice change wasnt forced because I like some of the cosmetics that tweak voice but also dont want the voice to be tweaked.

It isn't you can toggle the voice effect off in options.
